Online booking – getting started

Log in can be done either by:

a)     Go to http://www.etk.no click ”Banebestilling”

b)      If you are looking at “Dagens reservasjoner” – click “Bestill bane nå”. The link is in the upper right corner of the screen.

NB –The first time : Click ”Glemt bruker/passord” .

You will then get username and password as an email and/or an sms to the mail-address and mobile phone number that the club have registered on you.

How to reserve an hour on the courts (Bestille strøtime)

Click on the red bullet ”Eiksmarka TK” – click a court hour marked as “Ledig”. When you see the dialog box, just click “Bestill”. Do not write anything in the message field. That is for other purposes.

Putting a “fast time” out for sale – an get a tube of balls!

The club really want you to “avbestille” (cancel) the regular training hours that you do not use – as early as possible. If you do so and the hour is sold (as a “strøtime”) you will get a tube of balls as a reward.

Just log in and click on the court hour and “avbestill” (There is a misleading dialog box saying that you can use the hour another time, this is not correct and we will change the text of the dialog box).

Take note of the hours you put out for sale – send and email to post@etk.no . The system is new to all of us, so before we know that it works as intended – good to have a “paper back- up”.

As soon as you have clicked “Avbestill” an sms will be sent to those who have signalled their interest in buying “strøtimer”.

Are you interested in getting an sms each time a court hour is made available? That is when people who cannot use their regular (faste) hour “frees” it? Send an email to anders.ekleand@online.no (admin) and he will make the required change in your profile.
